Enquiry forms are used only to handle a transactional message: to understand your request and reply to you. We do not use these forms to add you to a marketing mailing list.
Legal bases under the Act include your consent (the required checkbox and the act of sending the form) and steps at your request prior to a contract. We may also keep a record of the enquiry where we must demonstrate what was asked and what we answered.
Messages are delivered through the form processor Formspree (formspree.io) so that the enquiry reaches our mailbox. Hosting is provided by our web host; the public site is also delivered through Cloudflare. Those providers process data only to run their service. We do not sell your enquiry data.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a normal business record of the correspondence. We then delete or archive it according to that purpose. Server logs follow the retention of the host and Cloudflare.
Subject to the Act, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may object to processing. Write to info@omega-solutions.net with enough detail to identify the request. You may also lodge a complaint with POTRAZ.
You may withdraw consent for a pending enquiry by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed in order to reply to you.
We use HTTPS and limit access to mailboxes that receive enquiries. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. This Site is aimed at businesses; we do not knowingly collect data from children through the forms.
