These terms govern use of omega-solutions.net and related pages we publish (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Omega Solutions provides information about IT consulting, payment and POS hardware, fiscalisation and tax-compliance tools, inventory and ERP systems, and related business technology in Zimbabwe and the region. Content on the Site is for information. A contract for hardware, software or services is formed only when we confirm it in writing (including email).
Forms on this Site send a transactional enquiry: a message so we can reply to your request. They are not a subscription to marketing lists. We reply to the email address you provide. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement until we agree terms with you.
We take care with descriptions of products and services, including ZIMRA-related fiscalisation. Specifications, availability and partner programmes can change. Where a third-party brand is named (for example Feitian), that brand remains the owner of its marks; we describe a commercial partnership as published on the Site.
You must not misuse the Site: no unauthorised access, scraping that impairs the service, injection of malware, or sending unlawful or deceptive content through the forms.
